The dream comes true in 1999. The main aim is to enhance the value of all what the family created in ten years of hard work.

At all stages, from the wine-making to the bottling, innovative techniques are used.

Great attention has been given to the organization of the internal spaces too.
Of great importance is the location of the winery which is exactly in the centre surrounded by the estates.
And this is only a small part of the future winery.

Considerable investments will enable the restoration of the whole winery.
It will be furnished with new enological machines, steel tanks and a huge barricaia for more than 600 barriques made exclusively of French wood.
The project includes an important tasting room.

In the future the Rubino's will allow guided tours.
As soon as the restoring will be completed, the "open-doors" project will become reality.
