Jaddico
the vineyards are located along an area of 50 hectars at 8 kilometres north from the province along the Adriatic shore. The grapes are Negroamaro, Malvasia nera, Susumaniello, Montepulciano and Sauvignon blanc. The soil is calcareous, a great presence of sand ensures a good water balance. These features, along with the closeness of the sea, a very good ventilation and a mild climate favour perfect maturation of the grapes.

Marmorelle
it is located 10 km north- west from Brindisi. These younger vineyards, Negroamaro, Malvasia nera, Montepulciano, Chardonnay and Malvasia bianca grow along an area of 38 hectars. The land is deep with a poor presence of stones and it allows precocious ripening of the grapes. The climate is cool and ventilated, influenced by the closeness of the sea. These features confer to the wine an intense aroma along with a fresh and soft balance .Here you may admire a magnificient residence from the beginning of '900 which is presently being restored.

Uggìo
in the hinterland south-west to the province, at the border of the Doc Salice Salentino area are located the 100 hectares of Primitivo, Negroamaro, Montepulciano, Malvasia nera, Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Malvasia bianca. Situated on the upland Salentino plain 40-50 metres above sea level, the soil is calcareous, of dark colour, medium texture and a rich presence of sand. These features help to release the aromatic characteristics of the wines.

Punta Aquila
15 hectares of vineyards South -West the province along the Mesagne-Sandonaci road. The grapes are all Primitivo and all of very recent implant. High density, about 6-7 thousand plants per hectar. The soil is of medium texture.
